Hortus Conclusus

The Hortus Conclusus (enclosed garden) explains the terroir of our winery: the soils, the cultivation of the plants in the vineyard and the different types of viticulture.

Plant diversity

For centuries the vine has been accompanied by a great variety of plants that grow in the area: pomegranates, olives, figs, peaches and almonds.

Living encyclopaedia

The Hortus Conclusus forms a kind of "living encyclopaedia of wine culture", says Angonese. The architect was inspired by the frescoes in the Torre Aquila of the Castello di Buonconsiglio, which served as an iconographic model.

Time for wine

Wine Time offers its visitors not only the opportunity to learn about, taste or buy the wines of the winery, but also to experience wine with all their senses. Because seeing, smelling and tasting are all part of the complete sensory experience of wine.&n
