The Big Green Egg

The Big Green Egg, in our case the black one, is based on an ancient Asian clay oven model dating back more than 3000 years, known as "kamado". Here we do everything on the grill, from 70° up to 350°.

Every evening we welcome a maximum of 8 guests at the high table, where we finalize our food preparations  in front of you. The dialogue and storytelling are a core component of the bites concept and of the experience we offer.
